  • Did you manually update WP to a lower version after installing 3.5 (or a higher version than 3.4.2)? That itself can pose a myriad of issues…

    I asked my vps support team to check on this error
    he too have the same problem on his browser
    and this was his comment on mod pagespeed

    The Apache module mod_pagespeed is actually not installed:

    =============
    -bash-4.1# httpd -M|grep speed
    Syntax OK
    -bash-4.1# grep -r pagespeed /usr/local/apache/conf
    -bash-4.1# grep -r pagespeed /usr/lib/php.ini
    -bash-4.1#
    =============

    And moving your .htaccess file, which contains the configuration for pagespeed, to .htaccess.bk still produces the same errors in javascript console. This appears to be a coding issue and will need to be addressed by a developer.

    i have run out of ways to battle this . from the way this is going it really looked wp’s problem

    in case someone stumble on this thread and wondered how it end up

    the first support guy that took my ticket keep insist that it was wp problem, but then Another technician on my host came in and take over the case found it out

    the caused of visual editor not showing is due to reverse proxy by nginx.
    , what he did was reinstall nginx and remove any additions that
    could’ve been preventing JavaScript.

    to my delight wordpress is charmingly working now ?? hope it helps you guys out there
