• In my wordpress dashboard I clicked on the upgrade link for 3.5.1. I currently have the 3.4.1 version. Everything seemed fine after upgrading. I noticed the look of it was different (from the upgrade) and kept doing what I was doing. A little while later I happened to see the old look was back of the 3.4.1 version. There was another upgrade button that appeared in the dashboard to upgrade to the new 3.5.1 version again. I went through the process of upgrading and everything once again seemed fine and the new look was back again. This keeps happening over and over so I stopped. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

  • Do you have any caching on your site or server?

Yes, I have WP-Super Cache running.

That may be the problem – try clearing it and deactivating it while you are working on your site.

You know now that I think of it I did have trouble with the WP-Super Cache plugin. There was an error saying it was broke so I deleted it and uploaded a new copy. Then more errors started happening again. So I removed it. I upgraded wordpress to 3.5.1 again. I am also using a different cache plugin. Everything is working a good now — Thanks for the feedback and help WPyogi
