3.5 Media Menu Router

I was looking through the new media manager, and I noticed the tabs “Upload Files” and “Media Library” are in the media-menu-router section. Wasn’t sure if there’s a way to modify these tabs?

My ideal solution is to take the ability completely away to see the Media Manager (without using CSS, as that’s just hidden), and just have the ability to upload files OR just see the files for that post. So, if I can’t remove the “Media Library” tab, then how can I modify the dropdown so you can’t have “All media items”? This is inside the “media-toolbar-secondary” under “attachment-filters”… Ring any bells? heh.
