3.5 causing Image upload problems. [Already tried 3 solutions, not working]

So today I upgraded WordPress to 3.5 and after the upgrade I wasn’t able to upload any image. Or set a featured one but I can insert images from URLs. I get this error each time “Error [file name]
An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”

I tried most of the fixes, deactivated all plugins and checked did not work. Switched to default theme and checked did not work. Adding that extra bit of code to wordpress config file also did not work.

I do not know a place to get a fresh download of 3.5 to replace the files via FTP. Please help me, my site needs it asap.

Also, I upgraded wordpress on my 2 other sites, but they are not causing any problems to me.
