3.4 20/10 theme > how do I remove "By admin on …"

Morning,

In WP 3.4 and using the Twenty Ten theme how do I remove the “By admin on August 29, 2012” byline/date code in posts? I’ve looked in the loop and index files and not sure where to comment out…nothing I’ve come across has helped me or worked for me. Thank you.
