wp_admin unaccessible due to change in settings HELP

    Hi,
    I had a 404 not found trouble so I went to the settings page and change .com name and add .com/pag25 ( which I thought was the index page) Now

    I can’t access to the admin page and change it.

    How can I change it via my php file
