3.3.1 won't upgrade to 3.3.2

When I try to do the automatic upgrade from 3.3.1 to 3.3.2, it procedes like it is doing the upgrade and says upgrade is successful, but it upgrades to 3.3.1. Is anyone else having or had this problem? I can do a manual upgrade, but I want to fix this.
