Big problems in IE7. Urgent help. Please!

I understand to have problems in IE6. But i have big problems in IE7 to. My link is https://www.kiano.ro and in IE7 you cannot see the menu toolbar from my website. What can I do? Can someone help me with this please. This website is going to be an agency website and customers will come. I can`t afford this problem. You cannot see the contact page. I am using Viewport theme. Please help!
