3.2.1 Upgrade

    I’ve just upgraded to 3.2.1 , my old theme is not compatible, but when i try and change to the new one, this is the message that comes up –

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_rtl() (previously declared in /home/tokarftp/tokarestate.com.au/blog/wp-includes/locale.php:347) in /home/tokarftp/tokarestate.com.au/blog/wp-includes/locale.php on line 349

    can you please tell me how i can insert the new theme to have the site active again
