• Resolved carryoncoding

    (@carryoncoding)

I have updated to version 32.0.13 and the PPOM fields are being hidden. On inspecting the code, you can clearly see the input fields set to “hidden”.

I have created a staging site (link provided) and the problem is repeated there. All other plugins are deactivated, apart from WooCommerce, WooCommerce shortcodes and PPOM. I have switched the theme to 2024

    I have rolled-back to 32.0.12, 32.0.11, 32.0.10 with no change in output. I have reverted to 32.0.13.

Please could you advise how we can fix this? We are disappointing customers and it is impacting sales.

    Thank you,

    Phil.

    Hello @carryoncoding,

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused!

I’ve attempted to replicate the issue you mentioned, but I haven’t encountered any unexpected behavior after updating the plugin on my end.

Could you provide further details about the problem you’re experiencing? Specifically, which fields are hidden, and do you have any conditional settings set up that might be affecting this?

    Thanks for your reply.

I have created a DEV site. The only activated plugins are PPOM for WooCommerce, WooCommerce and WooCommerce shortcodes. I have set the theme to 2024.

There are no conditional settings I am aware of.

All PPOM fields are hidden. That is, there are no visible PPOM fields on the display. When I inspect the code, they are all marked as hidden.

Hi Andrea, I hope this helps with your fault-finding.

One of our team found that checking 3 options on “Dashboard > WooCommmerce > Settings > PPOM Settings > Basic Settings” has re-enabled the fields on the single product pages.

    The boxes are:

    • Legacy Inputs Rendering
    • Legacy Conditions Script
    • Enable Legacy Price Calculations

Naturally we are really pleased that we can start taking orders again.

    Kind regards,

    Phil.
