310 error until plugin deactivated

  • Hi – I’m using 3.6 version of WordPress and was getting a 310 error until I went through the plugins to see if one was to blame. On disabling this one, I managed to access my site again. It is a shame as it would be useful as we have a Prestashop store – is there anything I should do to make it work. I have canonical enabled – is it anything to do with that?

    You should fix PrestaShop Shop.php file, see FAQ of the plugin please.
