According to search console, I currently have 31 pages that are discovered, but not indexed. So none of my blog posts are showing up in Google aside from a few that have tag in the link address.

Any idea why these pages aren’t being indexed? They are all SEO optimized with keywords, so there’s no reason why they shouldn’t be showing up.

It’s been weeks now since they have been uploaded.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @stillwriters

Would it be possible for you to provide us with a screenshot of the specific message provided by Google Search Console (uploaded on snipboard.io or a similar website and share the link here) as well as an example URL that has this issue?

Discovered – currently not indexed: The page was found by Google, but not crawled yet. Typically, Google wanted to crawl the URL but this was expected to overload the site; therefore Google rescheduled the crawl. This is why the last crawl date is empty on the report.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Here are the images from the errors that I’m currently getting:

    https://snipboard.io/n1cLYl.jpg
It is saying there are indexing errors and beside page fetch, it says redirect error.

    https://snipboard.io/JCn81x.jpg
I have requested every page on my site to be indexed multiple times but it is still saying URL is not on Google.

And finally here is the page that shows 32 pages excluded.

Any ideas on how to resolve these issues?

    Thanks kindly.

Thanks for providing the screenshots, Stillwriters. We have addressed your concerns below:

https://stillwriters.com/ – URL is not on google: indexing errors
We visited the page and no redirect was detected. We also checked the URL in https://httpstatus.io/ and it shows status code: 200 which means, it is loading fine. You may consider requesting re-indexing

https://stillwriters.com/pricing/ – URL is not on Google but not due to errors
Can you click on Learn more to see details as to why it is not being indexed?

    32 pages excluded
Can you share a couple of the excluded pages?

In addition, we checked your robots.txt file and there is no directive that may be blocking indexing.

Do let us know how it goes.

I’ve requested indexing on stillwriters.com again. Is no redirect an error with my homepage?

Here is a link to the image of the issue I’m having with the redirect.

I’ve tried to request indexing on the site again today to see if it would help, but to no resolve.

Any ideas what I can do to resolve this issue?

    Thanks.

    Thanks for the follow-up.

For URLs that Google discovered but has not yet indexed, it means Google wanted to crawl the URLs but this was expected to overload the site. Therefore Google rescheduled the crawl. As you can confirm, the last crawl date is empty on the report.

For the Redirect error, Google experienced a redirect error of one of the following types: A redirect chain that was too long; a redirect loop; a redirect URL that eventually exceeded the max URL length; there was a bad or empty URL in the redirect chain. Use a web debugging tool, such as Lighthouse, to get more details about the redirect.
