3.0.7 small issue

Hello,
Small issue since update – we are using some other comments rating plugin, just because it has a lot of options. Since update we see comment rating options twice, but only on comments where Read more link is used. Here is an image.

This has never happened before. Do you maybe have an idea how can resolve this? It is not so much important, but if it possible, even better. Thank you!
