3.0.4 still has title and description problems

    I reported the problem to Yoast 3 times, and was advised to post the problem here.
    Pages no longer show the Title or Description fields. I made a screen dump before updating from version 2.3.5 to 3.0.4 with the all fields showing. Then I updated to 3.0.4 and the Title and Description are missing, also took a screen dump.

    Then I completely removed Yoast and did a fresh install of 3.0.4 still not show the missing fields.

    Has anybody else solved them problem?

  • What is it with Firefox (42.0)? I still can′t edit title and meta description in the snippet editor corretly in 3.0.4.
    As soon as I click the title, the window disappears. I can′t edit the meta text, on a click I get an empty window but I want to rewrite the existing text.

    I tried the update on 2 other sites and same problem, and yes I am using Firefox 42.0

    Ok, Seems that you have to place the mouse pointer on the Title opposite the “Snippet Editor” and then click, this lets you edit the Title. Same thing for the Description.

    Expect will get use to it, shame there is not more visual help.

    I have a similar issue but I can edit a page or post title in the snippet preview for a PUBLISHED page/post but if it is in DRAFT mode it just disappears.
