  • The feature is gone with the new version:

“Removed the possibility to redirect a post in the advanced tab of the Yoast SEO metabox.”

I hope it come back in a new version or as an addon…

Answer I got from plugin author:

existing 301 redirects from the free plugin are where they always were. If you buy Yoast SEO Premium, they’ll be imported into the redirects there for more easy management.

Now I need a way to find/remove/export existing 301 redirects in database.

    Thanks Ov3rfly!! much appreciated!!

Can recommend Simple 301 Redirects (without use of wildcards) instead, using it on some other sites.

Migration of data to other plugin is the smaller issue here. The more important issue is, when will the next feature be crippled in a similar way?

If you happen to use the Genesis framework, here is some info about the 301 redirect function that we’ve added to our Genesis Club plugin to migrate the Yoast 301s to either our plugin or your .htaccess file.
