301 redirect is not working

  • Hi,
    301 redirect for products is not working .
    The browser shows url both …/produkt/product-name/ and …/product-name/
    Product category redirection works fine.

    The problem is that redirect only works on the default English slug “product”.
    I cannot change to another slug, for example to a Polish “produkt”.
    After typing custom slug and saving the changes, the slug resets to the English default “product”.

    Hi, thanks for the answer.

    I do not translate your plug with any plug.
    I use the Loco Translate plugin for other translations.

    I set the Polish product slug in the admin panel: Settings / Perlamlinks.
