3.0.1 broke my styles

Hi!
I just updated from 2.2.8 to 3.0.1 and my old custom styles broke. Is there a way to fix it or keep my old styles? I have now restored an old backup of the plugin versions so I run 2.2.8 to have my custom styles work.
