    Hi there,

    Australia post will be updating their prices as of 30th September 2019.

    Will this plugin also be updated to reflect those changes? If so, when can we expect the plugin update?

    We use this plugin on many of our websites, so it will be good to know when we can roughly expect this so we can update the plugin across all sites at the same time.

    The new shipping fees are now in place with AusPost, with a new way of calculating costs, which this plugin seems to totally ignore.

    I’ve got 3 sites using the premium version of this plugin – incorrect shipping prices are being calculated, it’s constantly under-charging, so money is being lost.

    Sad times ??

    Turns out my calculation issue was due to my all client’s not entering dimensions (only adding weights to their products) – the new AusPost likes to use dimensions.

    Has this plugin been updated to reflect Australia Post’s new price changes? I purchased PRO after the changes, but I can’t see them reflected in the quotes yet

    Hello @all

    Yes, the pro plugin was updated to match the new Australia Post prices. Please, make sure that you are using version 2.5+ of the plugin.

    For the free version, there is no need for that as the plugin does not support the prepaid satchels options.
