    Hello Nicolas, I’m using your plugin with a subscribe button. There are three things that seem to me to be malfunctioning.

    1- As a subscription and As you need to put the amount of the Plan ID, if this ID number does not match the price, the payment button says $ # ID as if it were the payment. For example the price of my plan is $ 25, and the ID # is 486, then when you see the Stripe form, when the card data is loaded the button says, “the content of the panellabel variable” and “$ The ID # “as price.

    2- If the payment is rejected the button with the tilde is always green.

    3- and finally I think that Stripe has changed its API, and I do not know if it is an error or if it works like this, but my transactions create the subscription and the user but do not register any payment. Is payment made when the subscription expires?

    Hello @moscar1,

    Your first point is a known issue, could you use letters for the plans ID? There is a bug with the panel label when plans ID are numbers. I will add a list of the few known issues to the plugin’s description page in www.remarpro.com as soon as possible.

    For your second point, I guess your talking about the button in the modal form, the green tilde actually means that the collected values are correct, the payment/charge is processed just after this validation.

    And for the last point, do you mean that the subscription is activated but no charge is created in Stripe’s panel?

    Yes Nicolas, in the Stripe’s panel the subscription is created and activated, the user is created, but no charges (Payment) is registered.

    It seems that is something on Stripe’s panel ( you know they’ve recently changed their pane), because if I click the Transfer button to the bank, it says all the charges I’ve done perfectly.
