3 questions on Fixy from newbie

I′m using your theme since a few days … my first experience with wordpress ??

But there a 3 questions, I am (as a wordpress newbie) thinking about all the day:

1) How to change the text attributes (size + color) of title + subtitle (the two lines of text in the header picture)? Is this possible to achieve for a newbie?

2) Sidebar widget: When adding a sidebar widget (for example “calendar” as a right side widget), page refreshes … but nothing will change. No sidebar widget at all ??

3) The last paragraph on the site … below the footer (copyright by, made with wordpress, theme from ITstar). Are these 2 lines mandantory or might I delete them? If deletion ist allowed AND possible, how to?
