• First of all thanks for the great plugin.
I have purchased most of the addons and it is perfect.

    I have 3 questions:

    1) How could I put a link field on a front page list that leads directly to the backend record page rather than to the single record page. The lists are used only by admins.

2)I have installed your PDb Email Templates addon: how does it behave re signup email: should I deactivate the one on the main plugin settings page or leave them both? Also, does the “Prevent duplicate emails” only affect the template where it is checked or other email as well?

3)This might be trickier but maybe you could point me in the right direction:
I have a form with quite a few fields and would like to know how many have been filled out by a participant. Something like the percentage of profile completion. Can the total short code be used for that in some way?

1- check this out: Adding an Edit Record Link to the Frontend List

2- please direct your questions about premium add-ons to its support forum: Email Expansion Kit

3- Yes, it can, you will need to have some php coding ability. The trick is to use a custom template for the pdb_total shortcode that performs whatever calculation you need. The default template pdb-total-default.php has some help for doing that.

Thanks a lot for pointing me in the right direction. Here a few specifications:

    1) What I was trying to do was to put an edit link on a frontend list to point to the admin’s backend record. To WordPress’ Dashboard to be clear (of course, only for logged in users). A little bit like the [admin_record_link] I am using on emali templates.

    3) Do you have any suggestion re hiring someone to implement it, since I do’t have that php coding ability.

I’m sorry, I don’t have any recommendations for coding help. You can alter the plugin that is provided in the tutorial to show the backend link, some minor coding knowledge will be needed to do that.
