3 Pages of Categories, but All Have the Same 10 Results

So I have some categories on my website that go 2 and 3 pages deep and should display around 20 to 30 results over the whole category. However I get the same 10 results on all of the pages. Here is a link:

If you scroll to the bottom and try to click the button for the next page you’ll see what I mean. It changes to the page you click on but the results for the page don’t change.
