    Since last update,

Most order through stripe go on failed.

error seems to be cvc wrong code.

But also way more thant usual, so maybe a bug from the stripe plugin / app ?

    Hey there @beware,

If you see “The card’s security code is incorrect” in the order notes, this is strictly a case of the customer entering the wrong CVC code; we haven’t had widespread reports of this to indicate a bug with the recent update.

If you’d like to gather more information about the payment failures, you can enable logging for Stripe (“Log Debug Messages”) and check the logs at WooCommerce > Status > Logs after a failed payment.

Sorry but i don’t think that was a problem with the user, not 3 on 4….

I roll back to older version and seems to work.
But maybe it was something with stripe APi

Can you elaborate here for me, do you mean a previous version of the Stripe plugin or a previous version of the Stripe API?

    Thanks,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    hello,

I am going through the same issue, the last couple of weeks we are getting 60-70% of order failed. and they all have the same message “The card’s security code is incorrect”

Once in a while i understand it may be an user error, but everyday, multiple times a day???

please advise on how to roll back to the last version of the plugin or if there is an update that would fix this issue.

    thanks,

    D.
