    We are missing 3 months of orders that were placed and show on shipstation, now when new orders are placed they have the same order numbers as some in those 3 missing months, therefore are not showing up on shipstation due to it being a “duplicate”. HELP PLEASE. Can we please get those 3 months to appear?
    October 2021- December 2021.

    The most likely way that this has happened is if the database was rolled back to Oct 2021 from Dec 2021.
    This would then reset the order number back to the last one used in October which would explain the duplicate order numbers in ShipStation.
    Unfortunately, unless you have a database back up that covers those dates, the orders details are likely to have been lost.
    You could stop the errors in ShipStation by resetting the incremental order ID in the database to a number higher than that highest one seen in ShipStation but I would advice that you ask your web hosts to help, or get a web developer on board as it entails running a query against the database directly.
