• No diy support site. Instead you have to send an email and wait for a reply. In this day and age most people would rather figure it out on their own if possible.

    No instructions. The developer claims the plug in is “self explanatory”. This is very indicative of his arrogance. If you can’t be bothered to put together a simple walkthrough, you don’t deserve anyone’s hard earned cash.

    Developer is incredibly rude. People have been making the same complaints about this plug in for over two years and he has done nothing to fix it. Instead he trolls the review boards leaving his worthless replies to reviews just like this one. If you can’t handle crap reviews, don’t make a crap product.
