3 Glitches With The Paid Plugin
-
Posting this for a client who is having problems registering an account here (he’s not receiving the confirmation email). He doesn’t want to post a link to his site, here, I can provide links/email privately.

I have a few issues with the paid plugin right now:
1) On my site I’ve been using the paid plugin for a couple years and lately on desktop in my articles only certain image hover animations will work until I refresh the page.
Upon loading an article, 2/4 of the image hovers will show up, and the other 2/4 I use won’t that are right underneath the others.
After refreshing the page, all 4/4 of the image hovers will show up and work, but every time it is consistently 2/4 showing up and it requires me refreshing my browser to show all 4/4.
I haven’t had this issue until recently.
I tried clearing the cache to see if it would fix it, it didn’t.
I upgraded the app with the most recent plugin update that was put out, that didn’t fix it.
I speculated that it could also be minification causing the problems.
I turned off Fast Velocity Minify to see if that would fix it, and it didn’t change anything.
What seems to be happening is that your Javascript isn’t firing to move the animations in until I refresh my browser.
2) On mobile, in vertical viewing mode, the images do not scale proportionally and look squished, and the buttons are half cut off when you hover over them (touch the screen on mobile).
They only show proportionally scaled images that look correct like my desktop version when I turn my phone sideways into horizontal/landscape mode, and then the buttons are no longer cut off either.
3) I use “Easy Table of Contents” to put a table of contents in each of my articles, and your image hovers are all set as id=”heading” inside of an <H3> tag, so they are showing up in my table of contents in every article as a subheading called “Heading”.
Please advise how to correct these 3 issues at your earliest convenience.
I am omitting my wesbite URL on purpose as www.remarpro.com doesn’t let you remove threads after they are posted, and I would prefer to not have this thread on the internet forever with a backlink to my website.
I tried contacting you directly through your “contact us” page on your website, https://www.oxilab.org/contact-us but I received no response, so I am here hoping to get clarification on these issues.
If you need to see my website to help rectify this, please advise where I can contact you personally to show examples of where the problems are occurring.
Thank you for your time.
