3 Featured Boxes not displaying on home page

On my home page, I am trying to insert the 3 featured sections below the featured slider and above the recent posts. I have edited the text, saved and published, but they are not displaying. Even when the theme was initially installed and there was the original placeholder text, they did not display. Thoughts? Thank you.
