    Good Morning,

Our shop currently only has dropshipping items that are created by a script and are always sent free of charge via the standard Woocommerce function. As far as I can see, the automatic products are always unassigned.

Now I would like to post my own items that are only offered as a flat rate and/or pickup.

    It’s about 3 options

    1 Script created always free
    2 Self-created pickup
    3 Self-created Shipping subject to a charge

Is that possible with the plugin?

Tank Youn and best regards Carsten

  • Hi @carstenwh thank you for reaching out to us.

I am sorry, but I don’t fully understand what you wish to set. Do you want to set 3 various shipping methods, where 1 is free shipping, 2 is local pickup? Could you please explain what do you mean by “Shipping subject to a charge”?

When do you want to apply these shipping methods?

    Best regards

    Hi Caroline,

the 3rd variant is a shipping flat rate, for example €5.95.

The products coming from the script should always have the status free delivery. Products that are created manually are either pickup (free of charge) or a shipping fee.

However, you should only ever be able to order products from one shipping group together and not combine them together.

Because these 3 classes consist of 3 suppliers.

Was that understandable and is something like that even possible?

Thank you and best regards Carsten

So basically, you have 3 shipping classes and want to offer shipping method per supplier/class.

The scenario that you have described is not available in the free version of the plugin. It can be only done with PRO version of the plugin.

Unfortunately, this forum is dedicated to the free version only. For any questions regarding the PRO version, please contact us here: https://octolize.com/support/.
