3 Boxes under the Header

Maybe try Gutenberg columns at the start of the page content?

If this doesn’t help, any chance you can provide an example?

In the free themes they have three boxes under the picture entitled “Who we are”, “What we do” and “How we do it”. How can I implement it?

those boxes for the example site were created us the Gutenberg Block Editor.
Its a Columns Block, displaying 3 columns. Each columns contains an Image Block, a Heading Block and a Text Block.
