    Hi,

I use Studiofolio theme + your plugin, website kateillustrate.com. After the update today to the version 1.12 – suddenly 3 blocks of related post started to appear – two after the post itself, the third one – in the footer. When I tried deactivating the plugin – posts stopped loading at all, leaving only the header on the webpage and the blank space below it.

I’m really frustrated and hope you’ll be able to help with this ASAP.

    Best,

    Alex

    Hey Alex,

thanks for reaching out and sorry for not replying sooner – I have checked out your site and everything is as it should be (as far as I can tell but please correct me if I am wrong), so I am guessing you have figured out the solution by yourself?

Looking forward to your reply and really sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by our plugin!

    Hi Petra,

I’ve figured out the problem. Initially when we setup the site – the plug-in already wasn’t working well and auto-added the block to the footer of the page. Thus we’ve disabled auto-population and added the block manually to the theme’s files. But after the update – the plugin for some reason turned the auto-insertion on, so there were 3 blocks instead of 1! Still would be nice if the auto-insertion worked properly, but I understand that these issues can be theme-specific ??

    Hey Alex,

glad to hear you have found the workaround but yes, it would be nice if the auto insertion worked for all themes ??

Happy blogging, take care and have a lovely day,
    Petra
