3 black lines near header in IE.

hi,

I am having issues with my wordpress blog while using IE. I have figured out how to add a flash banner to my page. Piece of cake (….) The page displays fine under firefox. When I launch my URL under IE. I am seeing 3 black lines and no banner! Does anyone have any ideas? This is my first attempt at blogging. php, etc..
