3 bar menu color change

    hi guys,

    if anyone can help me with my 3 bar menu on mobile, for me to change the color (any color except for white). Here is the link for the website eleganteventsmedia.com. I try a lot of topics corresponds with this topic but nothing seems to work on my part.

    Need to ask where can i put the css code. I usually put it on my theme custom css, please tell me if there’s other place that i can put the css code. thanks.
