3.9.3 breaks Page Layout

Hi, the latest update of Memphis Docs broke our page layout. I haven’t narroweed down the exact issue yet but it looks like a missing closing tag somewhere in the [mdocs] shortcode output.
Staging (with 3.9.3): https://newarkschools.staging.wpengine.com/departments/general-counsel/legal-findings/
Production: (with 3.9.2): https://www.nps.k12.nj.us/departments/general-counsel/legal-findings/
Note how the content of left column (#secondary) is floating at the bottom of the page. The column called #primary contains the page/post body, which has Memphis Docs in it.
Something in the Memphis Docs output is breaking the float/layout. This is usually a missing closing tag somewhere.
