Since the update to 3.88 the post-informations seems not to work anymore.

If I compose a single email and time-delay it to the same list, the mail is delivered. So the cron system seems to work.

What I observed: The first time this problem occurred, I could see in the post information history that the date of the last send was not set, but the statistics were displayed. And this mail then showed up under the “Send” tab. I moved it to the trash, but that did not help.

I have now activated the logging system with “All”, it was on “Error” and did not generate any entries. But now I have to wait until tomorrow morning to see if anything shows up – which means that again a mail will not be sent.

Or is the problem already known and there is a solution?

    Thanks for the support!
P.S.: This Mailpoet plugin is deployed on one blog of a multisite installation. The installation on a single-site-system seems to run without any problems.

    EDIT:
I’ve taken a look in the mailpoet_log now and found these entries:

So, this is the post-ID I’m missing. For me it looks like that MailPoet tries to send, but it doesn’t work. May it help…

OK, I was going back to 3.87.2 and it isn’t sending, too.

This I found in the log:

    269 post-notifications 200 [2022-04-30T01:00:15.571599+00:00] post-notifications.INFO: schedule post notification hook {"post_id":3411} [] 2022-04-30 01:00:15

    But I miss a “sending”-entry. It should send daily at 3:00 UTC…

So anything else is wrong… any ideas? Thank you!

    Thanks for answering, @guicmazeredo !

In the meantime – sorry, I’m really late to communicate this –, I was able to solve the problem: I duplicated the post notification. With the copy, everything worked as it should. (And this is a possible solution, which is also mentioned in the help).

What I would also like to say is that a custom shortcode was used in the title. Maybe this will help to improve the plugin.
