3.6.3 shuts our site down on Edge

  • We had to deprecate to 3.5. Our whole site showed up as inaccessible to anyone using Microsoft Edge. We use Astra, Elementor, and Toolset.
    The team from Toolset diagnosed the issue and gave us this reply:

    The problem you’re experiencing is due to the issue described in our erratas page below.
    https://toolset.com/errata/fatal-access-error-when-non-admins-log-in/
    The enable media replace plugin is the cause of the issue and we’ve highlighted a workaround in the link above.

    Thanks for reporting this. In order to better assist you, we would appreciate it if you could send us the information from Tools > Site Health > Info. Simply click on “Copy site info to clipboard” and paste it here. Also, have you encountered the issue in more than one web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.)?
