3.1.7 breaks /account/register

    Hey there, the 3.1.7 breaks my /account/register page.

    When I open that page, the markup is

    <html lang=”en-US”>
    <head>
    </head>
    <body></body>
    </html>

    I have downgraded to 3.1.6 again and the page works as expected.

    Any pointers? Thanks.
