    What is your PHP version?
Did you update manually or did you use an auto-update plugin?

Please contact me directly at site-reviews[at]geminilabs[dot]io So I can help resolve this immediately.

    Thanks

Also, I see that you are using the WP Fastest Cache plugin on your website.

Would you please let me know if deleting the cache and temporarily disabling that plugin fixes the problem?

Also please try updating to v3.0.2 which fixes a PHP warning thrown in some server configurations when Site Reviews generates the review counts. PHP warnings generally should not cause a 500 server error, but it’s worth trying if disabling the Cache plugin does nothing.

Again, if this does not help, please contact me directly at site-reviews[at]geminilabs[dot]io

    Thanks

I sent an email with this info:

I deactivated caching plugin. Cannot activate Site Reviews because it triggers Fatal Error:

    Thank you @cathe831!

I didn’t get your email, but this explains the problem. It looks like your system does not have the PHP multibyte (mbstring) extension installed/enabled.

I have just released v3.0.3 which checks for this and uses fallback PHP functions when this is the case. Let me know if this solves your issue.

Thank you for tracking it down. I had host enable mbstring, and all is working now. Thank you for your help
