3.0.5 still not working

I followed the instructions provided on the stickied thread. for updating from the 2.3.5 version.

I deactivated the plugin and then removed the entire folder via FTP. I then reinstalled and activated the plugin. The buttons are still not showing up on my posts or pages.

I was just loading the buttons through the theme files. I tried the following code.

echo do_shortcode('[social_warfare]');

Social_Warfare();

neither is getting me anything.
