2nd slide empty & templates library empty

    hello!
    i am using ht slider for first time. i have 2 issues coming now

    1) templates library shows blank page under 80 templates & nothing else showing on my website. i tried with another website & same blank page

    2) i have designed 2 sliders. when i display on the page. 1st slider works fine but the 2nd slider shows the blank screen like this https://prntscr.com/rtjli2

    Please help

    Not sure if this might help you, but I found a fix to this by removing the option for Stretch Section under the layout tab when selecting a section.

    We have also tested the plugin very carefully. We have checked over here and haven’t found any issue. It is working perfectly both in the editor and preview mode.
