2nd site no data populating google sheets

    Hi, today I have the second site in the past week that we have set up the plugin but no data is being populated in Google sheets. Everything is connected properly. In CF7 if I click the Google Sheet Link the correct sheet opens. All columns etc set up correctly (this is approximately my 20th site to set up the plugin on… all successful until now.) I’ve deactivated all plugins except cf7 and connector, I’ve checked php, I’ve disconnected and reconnected Google account. It just seems to simply not work and I have no idea what to check. Any help is appreciated.

    Hello @treysuttle,
    Thanks for using the plugin, on all your sites,

    Just make sure that Email SMTP is enabled from the domain host for this particular website, To confirm, are you getting the submissions of forms on configured email? If not then it means then Email SMTP is disabled from the host, you have to request host to enable,

    Alternatively you can setup WPSMTP plugin and configure with the preferred method, and then check out, you’ll get email also and entry will be shown in sheet.
    Note: GSheetConnector hook will run if the submission is successful!

    At last, if still issue exists, then you have to enable the debugging from wp-config.php and provide me the errors to help you further.

    Thanks for this helpful troubleshooting insight. We do not have dedicated SMTP set up on the sites that haven’t worked. I’ll set up that and test and let you know. Thanks!
