2nd shipping option doesn’t show

I installed the plugin and choose to show free shipping and local pick up. However, we offer 2 shipping methods, one to the clients home and one to a pick-up point of choice. When activating the plugin, only 1 of the shipping methods shows, together with the local pick-up in our shop. But clients can’t choose anymore to have the goods shipped to their home.

Any solutions to this issue?

I have deactivated the plugin because this doesn’t work for us.
