• Hi Gioni,

I’m reposting this since I didn’t get an answer and I see more recent posts that have been addressed. I realize this seems strange, but it’s a valid real world issue that I’ve encountered using this plug-in and it potentially lost me 3 weeks of sales before I discovered it. Thanks.

    Original post:
This is an odd one. I was out at a restaurant this evening and was showing my website to a friend. We were unable to see any prices for my items and the checkout button didn’t work.

When I returned home, I was able to see the prices from my desktop and phone. However, when I disconnected the WiFi, the prices were missing again.

On a hunch, I disabled the Cerber plugin and tried again. Now I am able to see the prices regardless of whether I am connected to the home WiFI or not.

Has anyone reported this type of issue? It seems like anyone not connected to my home WiFi cannot see the prices while Cerber is enabled. I won’t be able to make any sales unless I can fix this or keep Cerber disabled.

Does this make any sense? Do you have any suggestions?

    Thank you,
    Brian Parent

    Hi!

Have you enabled this antispam setting: Protect all forms on the website with bot detection engine?

You need to examine Activity tab for related events with red marks. Disconnect the WiFi. Go to the Access List tab. Find your IP address under the Black IP Access List. Visit a page with a price. Go back to the Activity tab and filter out events by your IP address. Now you can see errors and locked out activities. The URL filed of those activities give you an idea what’s wrong.
