2nd page in a 2-page pdf not displayed

This is a great plug-in. Thanks very much for making it available.

One quirk is that a 2 page pdf displays only the first page in the thumbnail list at the bottom.

This is not an issue on Firefox and Safari where the drag-and-drop-page-turn mechanism works.

On Chrome the drag-and-drop-page-turn mechanism does not work but the left / right arrow keys can be used to switch pages.

However, in Chrome when there are more than one flip-books on a page the left /right arrow page-turn mechanism is disabled. Since the drag-and-drop-page-turn mechanism does not work in Chrome the thumbnail list is the only mechanism available to turn the pages…which is usually fine…except when the pdf file is only 2 pages long…in which case you can’t get to page 2.
