2nd page based off of data on first page

I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to create a dynamic page based off of the content from a different page. I have a property landing page template that is built using a combination of advanced custom fields and user meta data. I want to have a 2nd page/layout for use as a flyer that uses SOME (but not all) of this information. It will be a completely different layout so I can’t just do this with media queries alone. I’m pretty sure it needs to be a different template, but I didn’t want to have to manually create two pages for every property.

I like the visitor of the property page to be able to click a button which takes them to the dynamically generated flyer version of that page.
