2nd Menu Toggle?

Hey guys, I am working on the Twenty Thirteen Theme I was wondering if its possible to add 2 different menu toggles. For example the theme shrinks then the menu will toggle into a mobile menu. I am wanting 2 of those but I cant figure out if this is possible yet. Could anyone send me a link or tell me how to do it I will be much appreciated!
