2nd Menu bar – Vertical

    Hi Support,

    I’m sorry, but almost after every update I have to get in contact with you, because you’ve changed something. I can’t change back.

    Now; I cannot get rit of the 2nd menubar you have activated in your last update….
    Did open customize and unchecked the 2nd menubar but it still appears!!!

    Please help,

    no second menu bar has been activated in the latest update.
    What you see is the mobile menu bar which for some reason shows up in destkop viewports too in your website.
    This doesn’t happen on the demo website:
    https://demo.presscustomizr.com

    The reason this issue occurs on your website might be due to:
    1) caching plugins > please make sure you’ve cleaned your caching plugin’s cache (e.g. w3tc cache)
    2) parent theme template files overridden in your child-theme which needs to be updated.
    Does the issue happen also with the parent theme only?

    после обновления 22 марта возникла аналогичная проблема на этой теме.
    кэши почищены.
    то, что на демо-сайте этого нет- это конечно здорово! но нас интересуют НАШИ сайты….

    Hi,

    Sorry for me late response.
    I’m only using the child-theme and not the parent theme.
    I have cached everything as you mentioned with W3 Total Cache.

    But please tell me, how this menu didn’t appear after months and months on updates and now after you latest update, it pops up?

    Could you please point out where I can disable this (hamburger) second menu?
    I’ve checked so many settings but seems that I can’t find the right one.
