    ok so i get 2 issues happening

    first is it the marker pointer, i messed up and used wrong one so i went back to edit the details and no button option showing to upload a marker like there was when i put details in originally , where has the button gone? or how can i remove the image to re upload i different marker?

    second problem is with maps
    when i first installed plugin i set default location no problem in main set up but when i add listings i cannot get the map to accept where i place the pointer, instead it just springs back to the default location every time no matter if i drag the pointer or put correct and postal code so how can get map to accept a different location other than the default? or do i just delete the default one and leave space blank where it asked for the default?

    hi,

    markers are added in Places >> Place Categories.

    You will need the location manager add-on to extend the directory to multiple locations.

    The free plugin allows to create a directory for 1 locaiton only.

    so do you mean i have main location set and i cannot add listings within that area and have them show up as markers on the main location without being to force to pay when i dont even know if this plugin is yet properly suited for my needs unless it can be seen and setup properly as a directory would be.

    can you please confirm?

    Hi,

    the free plugin accept listing only within the default location, if this is not the case for you, please provide the default location name and the address that you are trying to add and we will verify on our side.

    default location is stourbridge, west midlands

    but then listings must be markers on buildings, restaurants etc

    from what i can tell it seams your saying this is not possible to put these markers ? the whole area is stourbridge but doing this makes every listing pointing to same marker where map has defined stourbridge

    Hi,

    if the building/restaurnt is within the boundaries of stourbridge it should work. If it is outside, it should alert to insert only locations in stourbridge.

    stourbridge is the area so that is what has been set
    acording to what you say then i should be able to set listings with there markers within this boundary

    i set the boundary at 5 miles

    i cant get it accept even a listing just 50 ft from the default stourbidge area and yet stoubridge is approx 5 mile in total

    i try to drag marker to ne location just 50 feet away or more and it just springs back every time to where it started,
