    Hello,

Can the same wp user be used for login by multiple persons when using 2FA if all of them install the google autenthicator and scan the code? Or as soon as one of those persons activate de 2FA with this step https://i.imgur.com/3T2Scpt.png all other persons will not be able to nlogin, regardless if they have already installed the app and scanned the code?

    Thanks

    Hey @joseribeiro,

Each user will need to scan the code on their individual devices. This is how 2FA works to ensure only a user with the 2FA codes can enter the site. You can enforce this only on admins. They’ll be allowed to log in, but once they do they’ll need to set up 2FA.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

I have that same question and am unclear whether you answered it.

Yes, each user will need to scan the code, but is this possible for the same login, which was really the question. Or will the next user to setup 2FA invalidate the previous one?

I realize it’s not ideal to have shared accounts, but is the above scenario really possible?
