2FA screen does not show up on the login screen

    Hi,

    I have enabled 2FA but the screen appears and disappears all of a sudden.
    Can you please verify and let me know?

  • Hey @poulav,

    The quickest way back into the site is to rename to Wordfence plugin directory to something like wordfence.bak via sFTP. If you’re not sure how to do this your host can help.

    It sounds like there might be a conflict either with the theme or one of the plugins you’re using, could you try temporarily switching to a default theme if you’re not already using one and disabling all other plugins then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue persists?
