It looks like I need to provide 2FA codes every week, or thereabouts. I manage a number of sites, it’s getting annoying. How would I debug this issue?

    Hi @ellmanncreative,

Thank you for reaching out to us. This could happen when Login Security Tables are frozen or crashed. Please try the options below:

Try disabling Wordfence and enabling it again. This may restart the table. If this doesn’t work, try option two below.
If you do not have many users on the site, I suggest clearing the tables and having them rebuilt by doing the following:
    • Navigate to Wordfence > Login Security > Settings
    • Enable the option Delete Login Security tables and data on deactivation
    • Deactivate and Activate Wordfence

Once done, please set up any 2FAs that had been set up previously but then you can test the 30 days option.

Please note that this option will only remember the device you’re on when you log into your account. For example, if you log into your site with 2FA using your laptop, then your laptop will not need the 2FA anymore for 30 days if your IP doesn’t change.
Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks,
    Janet
